Terms and Conditions –

• $300 for Non-Profit Company and $400 for For-Profit Company. Booth fee is only for booth stall space and electricity.
  It does not cover conference registration, boarding, lodging and gala event.
• One Complimentary draped table, electrical connection and up to 2 chairs per vendor is provided for every booth.
• Exhibitors can contact the hotel front desk and arrange shipment of booth items up to 2 days prior to the conference date.
• Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the conference is allowed for full refund. Any time less than 2 weeks, booth fees are non-refundable.
• The conference registration begins from 3PM on Friday Aug17th
• You can setup your booth from Friday afternoon.
• Your Booth number assignment shall be sent to you a week before the conference date.
• Your booth space availability is based on the payment date we receive. We follow first come first serve to assign booth space.
• Based on your application, HMEC conference committee reserves the right to reject or may not be able to accept your booking request. All fees paid shall be refunded to you promptly.

I have read the terms and conditions of the vendor booth registration PLEASE NOTE - The HMEC steering committee will review your application and if there are any issues, a steering committee member will contact you. The committee reserves the right to reject your application.
